Why&Wonder is an independent online seller operated from Switzerland.

2. Products and educational content

We sell children’s encyclopedias, children’s books and related educational products. Product images and descriptions help you make an informed purchase. Colors, packaging and minor production details may vary. Educational content is for general learning and is not professional, medical or safety advice.

3. Orders and payment

Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are one-time purchases; Why&Wonder does not currently offer recurring subscriptions. The order-confirmation email records the order details.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

5. Returns and 60-day guarantee

Our Returns & Refund Policy describes the guarantee. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Digital bonus content

A free digital product included with a physical bundle is supplied at no separate charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share it.

7. Intellectual property

Why&Wonder and its content, text, designs, images and product materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially reused without permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for providing products as described and handling valid claims under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Why&Wonder is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or mishandling after delivery. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact
