Every eligible order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

60-day guarantee

You may request a return within 60 calendar days after the order arrives. Email support@whyandwonder.com with your order number and reason.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used, broken, altered or damaged through mishandling, misuse or improper storage after delivery. Digital bonus content must not have been redistributed.

Arrived damaged or defective? Contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. Damage before or during delivery is handled separately from damage caused after delivery.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not currently operate a U.S. return address. After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and address.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law or where we confirm otherwise in writing.
